How to eliminate the noise from the vibration plate

Many users have personally experienced the noise made by the vibrating plate. First of all, the vibrating plate is an auxiliary equipment for automatic assembly machinery, which can discharge various products in an orderly manner. It can cooperate with the automatic assembly equipment to assemble all parts of the product into a complete product. Its principle is powered by a vibrating motor, which generates force with a directional frequency when it works.

  1. The support for placing the vibration plate must be level and stable;

  2, there must be a certain gap between the outlet of the vibrating plate and the receiving port of the machine;

  3. All screws on the vibration plate must be tightened;

  4. The gap between the electromagnet and the armature should be maintained at 0.5-1.2 mm, and the non-parallelism between the core and the armature working surface should not be greater than 0.02 mm.
